pak11 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the pak11 platform, including the website at pak11.ws, any associated mobile interfaces, all games, all betting markets, all bonus and promotional programmes, and all payment and withdrawal services made available by pak11 to registered users.

pak11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of pak11 after any such amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pak11 recommends checking this page at the start of each new session if you have not visited recently.

Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with a specific rule published for a particular game, promotion, or tournament on pak11, the specific rule takes precedence for that game, promotion, or tournament only — otherwise these Terms govern.

pak11 operates in English as its official platform language. Where content or support is provided in other languages as a convenience, the English version of these Terms prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

2. Account Registration

To use any real-money features on pak11 — including deposits, betting, casino play, and withdrawals — you must register an account. Registration is free.

Eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (companies and organisations may not register personal betting accounts).
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• You are permitted to hold only one pak11 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pak11 employee or contractor, unless prior written approval has been obtained from pak11 management.

pak11 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. If pak11 discovers at any point that inaccurate information was provided during registration, your account will be suspended pending review and may be permanently closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak11 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. pak11 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Any bets or transactions placed while your account is logged in are your responsibility, even if placed by a third party who gained access through your credentials.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

pak11 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures. Verification may be requested at any time — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during an account review.

When pak11 requests verification, you will typically be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• Proof of your registered mobile number (used for Easypaisa/JazzCash payments)
• Proof of your payment method (e.g. screenshot of your mobile wallet registered in your name)
• A selfie or photograph as directed by the pak11 verification team

Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts above the threshold limits set by pak11 from time to time. pak11 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days of the request may result in account suspension.

All documents submitted to pak11 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are used solely for identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

4. Deposits & Payments

pak11 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied. What you deposit is exactly what appears in your pak11 account balance.

Accepted deposit methods on pak11:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• Bank IBFT (interbank transfer)
• Visa/Mastercard (debit or credit card)

The minimum deposit on pak11 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though pak11 may set limits for specific payment methods at its discretion. Deposits via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically processed and credited to your pak11 balance within seconds. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to 2 hours during banking hours.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made using a method registered to another person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being reviewed.

pak11 does not charge deposit fees on any supported payment method, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal from your pak11 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• There must be no active bonus wagering requirement attached to your balance. If a bonus is active, its wagering requirement must be completed or the bonus forfeited before the withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as your pak11 account.

pak11 processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay in under 60 seconds for fully verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank IBFT withdrawals are typically processed within 2 business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

pak11 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. In cases where pak11 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal requests may be held pending review. pak11 will inform you of such a hold and the expected review period.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pak11 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion, which are in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all pak11 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds must meet any stated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• pak11 bonuses may only be used on games and markets specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards wagering and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings from unexpired bonus funds that have not completed wagering will be removed from your account when the bonus expires.
• pak11 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• If pak11 determines that a player has abused the bonus system — including through coordinated bonus farming with other accounts — all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

When you claim a pak11 bonus, real money in your account is always used before bonus funds. Withdrawals of real money are possible even when a bonus is active, but the bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be removed upon withdrawal if the wagering requirement has not been met.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on pak11 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules published for each sport and market. It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules of a market before placing a bet.

• Bet acceptance: All bets on pak11 are subject to confirmation. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation notification. pak11 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Stake limits vary by market and are displayed in the betting interface. pak11 may apply individual account stake limits at its discretion.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the live market being open. pak11 may suspend live markets at any time. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Void bets: pak11 may void a bet in circumstances including: the event not taking place, the event being abandoned before a result can be determined, obvious pricing errors, or where there is evidence of match manipulation. Void bets are returned to your balance as cash.
• Pricing errors: If a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price — for example, where a decimal odds value is clearly wrong due to a technical error — pak11 reserves the right to void the bet or recalculate it at the correct price. pak11 will notify affected players.
• Result disputes: Official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic matches, the ICC for international fixtures) are used to settle cricket markets. If you dispute a result settlement, contact pak11 support within 14 days of settlement.

8. Casino Games

pak11 offers casino games including live dealer games (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Baccarat), RNG (Random Number Generator) games, and jackpot slots. All casino games on pak11 are subject to these Terms and the specific rules published for each game.

• RNG certification: All RNG-based games on pak11 use independently certified random number generators. The certification ensures outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer games are hosted by professional dealers in certified studio environments and streamed in real time. The rules of each live game are governed by the dealer and the game interface. pak11 is not responsible for technical interruptions outside its control (e.g. your internet connection dropping during a live game).
• Disconnection: If you are disconnected from a live game or an RNG game during an active round, pak11's system will attempt to complete the round according to the game's standard rules. If the round cannot be completed due to a server-side failure, any active bet will be voided and your stake returned. pak11 is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on your end.
• Malfunctions: All casino game outcomes are void in the case of a verified game malfunction. pak11 will notify affected players and return stakes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak11 and will result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one pak11 account
• Using another person's identity or payment method
• Attempting to defraud pak11 or other players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to interact with pak11
• Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with bets placed on pak11
• Money laundering — using pak11 as a vehicle to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated or systematic multi-account activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak11 staff or other players via the chat or support system
• Accessing pak11 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal without appropriate authorisation

pak11 takes all reports of prohibited conduct seriously and cooperates fully with relevant authorities where required by law. Players who suspect prohibited conduct by another user should report it to pak11 support immediately.

10. Responsible Gaming

pak11 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that online betting and casino play should be enjoyable entertainment — and we take seriously our responsibility to help players who may be experiencing difficulties.

Tools available to all pak11 players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session time alerts: Configure reminders that appear when you have been playing continuously for a set duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or play.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently self-exclude from pak11 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is activated immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

These tools are available in your account settings. If you are concerned about your gaming behaviour, please use them. pak11 will never penalise or discriminate against players who make use of responsible gaming tools.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

pak11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and to retain any balance therein pending investigation — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated period
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation
• Death of the account holder (the estate should contact support to manage the account)
• Court order or regulatory direction

You may also request to close your own pak11 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any real money balance (net of any applicable bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements — bets placed before closure will still be settled according to normal rules.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pak11 is not obligated to return the balance and may forfeit it in whole or in part at its discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on pak11 — including but not limited to the pak11 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data, software, and audio/visual elements — is the intellectual property of pak11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak11 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of pak11's content without prior written authorisation from pak11.

The "pak11" name and associated logos are trademarks of the pak11 operating entity. Their use by any third party without permission is prohibited.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

pak11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on pak11 you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, pak11 uses your personal data to:

• Operate and manage your account
• Process deposits and withdrawals
• Conduct identity verification and fraud prevention
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
• Send you account-related communications and (where opted in) promotional materials

pak11 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and relevant authorities where legally required. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak11's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

pak11 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential losses
• Interruptions to the service caused by maintenance, server failures, or events outside pak11's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Results of games or bets where you voluntarily participated having read and understood the applicable rules

Nothing in these Terms limits pak11's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of pak11 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation should be raised formally with pak11 support in the first instance.

pak11 is committed to resolving genuine player disputes fairly and promptly. Our target resolution time for formal complaints is 10 business days from receipt of a complete complaint submission. Complex cases may take longer, in which case pak11 will keep you updated on progress.

For dispute resolution, pak11 maintains detailed records of all account activity, transactions, game outcomes, and communications. These records are considered authoritative unless you can demonstrate a clear error. pak11's internal dispute resolution process does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

pak11 treats all player complaints seriously and confidentially. Complaints are reviewed by senior support staff. If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request escalation to a supervisor within the same support channel.
