Account — Registration & Login

Registering on pak11 takes under two minutes and is completely free. Go to pak11.ws/register, enter your username, email address, and Pakistani mobile number, confirm your date of birth and province, create a password, agree to the Terms, and hit the Create Account button. Your account is active immediately. You don't need to download anything — pak11 works perfectly in any smartphone or desktop browser.

18 years old — strictly enforced. pak11 verifies player age as part of the KYC process required before any withdrawal can be processed. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is immediately closed and all deposits are returned. There are no exceptions to this rule.

No — pak11 allows one account per person and per household. Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or promotions more than once is a breach of pak11's Terms and Conditions. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited. If you have lost access to your existing pak11 account, contact support@pak11.ws for recovery help rather than creating a new one.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter the email or mobile number registered to your pak11 account. A reset link is sent immediately — it usually arrives within 30 seconds. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear in your inbox. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. If you've also lost access to your registered email, contact support@pak11.ws with your full name, CNIC, and mobile number for identity-verified recovery.

pak11 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. You will need to submit: a clear photo or scan of your CNIC (both sides), and a selfie holding your CNIC. For address verification, a recent utility bill or bank statement may also be requested. KYC verification typically takes under 24 hours once documents are submitted, though most accounts are approved faster. You can submit your documents through Account Settings → Verification.
Deposits — Payments in PKR

pak11 supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (direct bank transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion and no exchange rate markup from pak11's side.

The minimum deposit on pak11 is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit set by pak11 itself, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own daily transaction limits which are outside pak11's control.

Most Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits on pak11 credit within 10 seconds. In rare cases — particularly during high-traffic periods like PSL matches — it may take up to 2–3 minutes. If your deposit has not credited within 10 minutes, contact pak11 live chat with your transaction reference number and our team will resolve it immediately.

pak11 does not charge any deposit fees on its end. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, Easypaisa charges a small transaction fee on outgoing payments, which is applied by Easypaisa, not by pak11. Check your payment app's fee schedule if you are unsure. The amount that arrives in your pak11 balance is exactly what pak11 receives after any provider-side fees.

If your deposit shows as pending for more than 10 minutes, open pak11 live chat and share your: payment method (e.g. Easypaisa), transaction date and time, transaction reference or receipt number, and the deposit amount in PKR. Withdrawals — Getting Your Winnings Out

For matches that are reduced by rain or other interruptions but still produce a result via D/L method, bets on the match result stand. Bets on markets that cannot be determined (e.g. a top scorer market in an abandoned game) are voided and stakes returned.
